The stuff you're wondering.

Do I need it on every phone?

You run the business; your crew get their own logins on their own phones. They see the jobs they're on and clock their hours — you see the whole picture. One subscription covers the lot, no per-seat fees.

Does it do proper GST tax invoices?

Yep — real GST tax invoices with your ABN, business name and logo, the GST broken out, and a BAS-ready summary come tax time. You can push it all to Xero or MYOB too.

What kind of trades is it for?

Any small trade business running jobs on site — sparkies, plumbers, chippies, builders, landscapers, HVAC. It's built for sole traders and crews of up to about five, not big commercial outfits with a back office.

Is my data safe, and is it mine?

Your business data is yours. It's stored securely, never sold, and you can export it or delete your account whenever you like. We only use it to run the app for you.

Do I need internet on site?

You can keep working when the signal drops — log hours, write up the diary, snap photos — and Jobdeck syncs it all up the moment you're back in range.

Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?

Yep — you get the full app on a free trial so you can run it on a real job before you pay a cent. Have a proper look around first; you only add a payment method if you decide to keep going.

How much does it cost?

One flat price per business that covers your whole crew — no charging you per person. We're finalising the exact figure; you'll always see it up front on the Pricing section before you subscribe, and there's no lock-in contract.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Anytime, straight from your phone — no contract, no cancellation fee, no ringing anyone. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can export your data on the way out.

Is there an Android version?

Right now Jobdeck is on iPhone and iPad through the App Store. Android is on the list — if that's what your crew runs, flick us a line at support@jobdeck.com.au so we know there's demand for it.

Can I get my data out if I leave?

It's your data, so yes. You can export your jobs, invoices and records, and you can push invoices and contacts to Xero or MYOB as you go. If you ever want to close the account for good, you can delete it and your data outright.
